The Santa Clara Valley was my home for most of my adult life. I was a full-time single parent, raising my son, who is now
grown. Many years ago, I served as a Medic in the US Army, including combat duty in Vietnam (1971-72).
My career in Silicon Valley began in computer operations, then grew into program management. I was an early employee in two
successful technology startup companies; one went public, and the other was aquired by a larger company. I started a successful multimedia
marketing and advertising company in 1985, which I owned for many years. I earned my Realtor license in 2003.
Community has always been very important to me. I served on the Santa Clara County Planning Commission for over eight
years (Chair, 2001-2002), am a Past President (2005-2006) of the Rotary Club
of San José North, served 3 terms as President of the McLaughlin Corridor Neighborhood Association, and was a
Founding Board member of an Education Foundation.

Through my hard work, commitment and integrity, I earned a reputation with clients, colleagues and friends for my knowledge,
experience and extraordinary service, from start to finish. My clients often benefitted from my many contacts and relationships
throughout the community.
